In this video we meet lecturer in Education Dr Edward Sellman in an unusual context.

Dr Sellman is also an artist, and we recently took a tour of his latest exhibition - 'Transitions: Figures in Space.'

Amongt the paintings is an extraordinary portrait of the Nottinghamshire writer Alan Sillitoe, which Edward plans to donate to the School of Education on Jubilee Campus.
