World AIDS Day 2021 is being observed under the theme “end inequalities. End AIDS.” When it comes to a disease which has so radically impacted Caribbean society and public health, we find ourselves asking: How far has the Caribbean come in combatting AIDS and the spread of HIV, and what is essential to build on that progress in this decade?
