This is my first time participating in a hive open mic contest and I am elated. This week’s theme is “Hope, Faith and Love” and I chose the song “Can you feel the love tonight” originally sung by Elton John. Although this version of the song was sang by Halle Bailey. She is one of my role models in the music industry.

I chose this song because it symbolizes love. Here are the lyrics.
