Welcome to Hive Open Mic week 155
When I saw the theme for the week, "DNA," the first thing that came to mind was, "Benita, what is in your DNA!?"
And immediately, I began to respond to myself, "Favour is in my Dna, Mercy, God's goodness, God's blessings are in my Dna."
This inspired me to sing a song titled "Victory" For victory runs in my blood.
Victory" is a popular gospel song by Nigerian singer Eben. The song was released in 2016 and quickly gained popularity in Nigeria and beyond.
The lyrics of the song focus on the victory that believers have through Jesus Christ. The song emphasizes that no matter the challenges one might face in life, victory is guaranteed through faith in God. The chorus of the song declares, "You have given me victory, all of the days of my life I'll praise.....
Eben's powerful vocals and the message of the song have inspired me to hold on to my faith and trust in God's ability to bring them victory in all circumstances.
