Hello amazing people of the Hive Open Mic Community. I’m @akwash360, and in this 285th edition of the Open Mic, I chose to do a cover of the song “You Are the Reason I Live” by Chimdi Ochei, a Nigerian gospel minister.
This song reminds me of the many reasons why I should not be afraid of external challenges or concerned about what people may say. God is the reason I live and that truth is what I hold on to, no matter the challenges I face.
I must also commend the songwriter and his team for creating such an inspiring and uplifting piece. It restores hope to the hopeless and strengthens those who feel weak.
