Former COO of the SABC Hlaudi Motsoeneng is taking his case to the CCMA on Tuesday. He was dismissed in June following a disciplinary hearing after holding an unauthorised media briefing in April. Motsoeneng has been found guilty of bringing the public broadcaster into disrepute. He's challenging his dismissal.
