Happy Holidays! Financial PTSD is defined as the result of living at least three months when one's income is not adequate to meet one's expenses. The effects of this stem from a disruption in the home, irritability, isolation and self-destructive behavior such as alcoholism, misuse of prescription drugs, illicit use of illegal drugs, and over/under eating just to name a few. Sadly, 78% of Americans live check to check and feel as if they have no way out OR they do not want to put in the work to get themselves from up under their financial issues. The Hustle Smarter team dived into their own personal traumatic financial experiences, and explained what triggered them to fight to get out of it and also the latter effect of actually overcoming the financial PTSD and walking into financial freedom! We want to extend a big thank you to each and every one who has listened, commented, shared and left ratings and reviews on all platforms as you are the sole reason for the growth of the show! Thank you and Happy Holidays, MORE TO COME FOR 2022! As always, any topic requests, inquires or if you need help with a plan for your personal finances, please email us at [email protected]. Thank you.
