On this episode, Ballin' on a Budget, Hustle and Kris dove into the importance of the budget. In Hustle's opinion, a written budget and opportunity cost go hand in hand, and two of the if not the most important aspects of financial literacy. Hustle went into detail as he utilized the budget to not only climb out the financial hole that he was in from excessive consumer debt, but he also lives by the budget even now that he is no longer in that financial hole. He also explains how he still has, if not more fun while utilizing his budget and how he budgets to his advantages. We stressed thru this episode that some of your favorite public figures use budgets also now, just they have someone do it for them such as certified public accountants and other members on their financial team to manage their money, which if not careful with that and not having their own financial literacy, that could also be a recipe for a disaster.
