HMLR has announced that from 27.07.2020 it will accept for registration documents that have been signed by electronic means.  A great day for conveyancers, surely?  In another Conveyancing Matters chat, Lorraine and Stu discuss this ‘hot off the press’ announcement. Lorraine prefers face to face meetings and witnessing signatures in person.  It’s her age, probably.  Stu heads up a large tech enabled conveyancing practice – so he will view e-signatures differently.  Right?  Well, not necessarily.
