As AJ Lee, AJ Mendez Brooks was a trailblazer in the WWE. Now that she hass retired from professional wrestling, she is looking back at her rise to the spotlight and her struggles with mental illness in her new memoir Crazy is My Superpower.

In this candid interview, we talked to AJ about the new memoir, her enduring love of Kane and why she gets so excited when people are injured on Chopped.
