The St. Louis Blues coaching staff made another questionable decision and didn't go with Joel Hofer, who posted a shutout on Saturday, in Monday's game against the Anaheim Ducks. Hofer came in relief after a bad start from Jordan Binnington, but it was too little, too late in the 4-1 loss.
