In another in a series of interviews with Democratic candidates for governor, Maryland state Sen. Richard Madaleno says the Republican incumbent, Larry Hogan, has no long-term vision for the state and has been ----playing small ball---- on health care, education and transportation. Madaleno, an openly gay candidate, has been in the General Assembly for 15 years. He is one of eight Democrats seeing the nomination to challenge Hogan in 2018.
