Surrey City Council has voted to have staff create what's called a "Multiple Suites Compliance Program", to deal with issues like parking and congestion in neighbourhoods like Clayton Heights, without the residents of over 175 illegal suites being evicted, when rental vacancy rates are at historic lows all across Metro Vancouver.
