Habakkuk 2:3

3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Your God given vision has the power to break you through to your Promised Land, your place of victory and success but you have a part to play in its fulfillment.  Until your part is played nothing will happen.

There lies within you and me all the power we need to overcome every negative situation of our lives.  God has created us to be victorious, to be winners not to be frustrated losers.
