I wanted to pop in with a quick holiday update and share what The Freedom Table will look like as we head into the new year. I’ve taken an unplanned break this fall, and I decided to lean into it and rest through the holiday season. I’ll be back in January with our normal Thursday episodes, and I’m really excited about where we’re headed in 2026.
The Freedom Table is all about breaking free from the systems that keep women small. In this episode, I’m sharing the six main themes we’ll be diving into next year — health and wellness lies, shame-based parenting, homeschooling pressure, spiritual legalism, manipulative marketing, and boundaries with toxic family members.
If there’s a specific topic or situation you’d love for me to talk about in the new year, leave a comment on this episode and I’ll add it to the list. Thank you for listening, for sharing, and for letting me walk these things out in real time with you. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful holiday season. I’ll see you back here in January.
