You may remember Dr. Robert Zeitlin from his earlier Dad Spotlight interview. Now Dr. Zeitlin has joined the Dads Toolbox team and we will continue to bring him back in the future as well to talk about the many mental health issues that all of us deal with as dads. 
Depression is something that can impact all of us at sometime in our lives. The holidays are particularly hard for many, especially if you have lost someone or have had other issues that have compounded during the year.
