We know that the holidays can come with a pretty hefty price tag! Whether it's gift giving, decorations, food or entertainment, the dollars keep adding up if we aren't careful. In this episode, I am sharing our own household budget ideas and plans.... yes, I am sharing the nitty gritty of what Mat and I do to keep the dollars in check. The great part is... this is how we do it all year long! 

Even if you've never worked on a budget or if it's been a while since you tackled one, I lay out three key areas you will want to budget for this holiday season:

1) How much are you planning to spend on gifts and who are you buying for

2) How much do you need to budget for extra groceries for holiday cooking and backing

3) What entertainment do you need to make plans for financially

These three areas are the perfect places to begin forming a plan for how you want to spend your money. The best reward is that guilt-free feeling when you hit the mall or take to the online shops!!
