This is a case study topic following my interview at Radio 2000 (SABC radio) during prime sport Show on Friday, the 29th June 2018, at 18h30. It focuses on managing conflicting situations, especially at the time of exiting your organization as a result of being attracted to greener pastures. At this point you just want to join the new organization. You run the risk of damaging your good record and relationship with your current organization. At the same time your tussle with your current organization could make your prospective employer lose interest in you.
