Ostrolenk speaks with Johnathan Lang, an Iraq War Veteran and Natural Movement Coach who loves helping folks find more meaning, health, and wholeness in their lives.
Lang details the life events that led him to the path of coaching, including his service in Iraq, though which experiences with both death and love taught him the importance of living a life that constrains evil and harnesses good. His journeys through Colombia, New York, and China then influenced his development of his mindful movement practice. Lang has been coaching for over 10 years, and he holds certifications in a variety of body-mind disciplines, including MovNat (https://www.movnat.com/), Animal Flow, and Movement Origins. He is now living and working outside of Medellin, Colombia, and he shares his experience in collaborating with Colombian professional soccer players on MovNat, and his work in creating a dedicated retreat and research center for the integration of Natural Movement with permaculture, ancestral medicine, and other transformational psycho-technologies.
