Mary describes herself as a wild, alchemical elixir of knowledge and experience. In this episode, she beautifully shares her vast wealth of knowledge painting a picture of what it means to live a holistic life. We discuss her journey into the wellness world as well the various paths she has taken along the way. Here’s how you can begin to live a holistic life-nourishing our mind-body and heart.

  1. Have a smoothie once a day or once a week
  2. Trying adding adaptogens such as Ashwagandha
  3. Find a meditation practice ( app -Calm or guided Spotify)
  4. See guidance ( reach out to a holistic coach or ask questions at your next Whole Foods stop)
  5. Drink water-add an electrolyte
  6. Lastly, STOP looking for the one thing that is going to fix everything
  7. Holistic Wellness- it's a little bit of what you do every day
  8. How you carry yourself, the things you read, the things you watch, the people you communicate with, the people you spend your time with, all the energy matters.
