Holly is a focused, inspiring, driven, compassionate woman who has been through the ups and downs of living with a chronic condition.  In her mid-20’s she was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease.  She was admitted to the hospital in January 2014, later told by her Doctor that she got there just in time – she didn’t have another day. Post-surgery, Holly has worked her way back to doing the things that fulfill her:  Salsa dancing, GROOVE, travel, Yoga, nature, teaching, writing, and helping others live vibrantly regardless of current circumstances. Holly has 20+ years as a Fitness and Wellness Professional.  She also worked in a mega-church, was a founding member of Clinic with a Heart, and spent over a decade shaping young adult’s lives in Higher Education.
