I'm back again, with another solo episode! This episode was inspired by a novel I recently read, called The Trail. Some of the characters were a bit judgmental about other hikers, despite the fact that they were aware of the concept “hike your own hike.” This is something I've seen a lot in books about the Camino de Santiago, and it always grates on my nerves.   “Hike your own hike” is a concept that I think is super important, not just on the trail and on our adventures, but in life.   Listen To This Episode        What You'll Learn What it means to HYOH on the trail and in life Why HYOH is so important The only one “right way” to do an adventure How you can HYOH on the trail and in life How practicing HYOH can help with self-esteem and self-trust   Things I Discussed The Trail: a novel, by Ethan Gallogly https://amzn.to/3bo05vK   Related Episodes 411 Holly Worton ~ Who Do You Need to Be for The Adventures You Want to Have?
