Roger King, FFA advisor at Holmen High School in Wisconsin, describes his chapter’s involvement with the FFA Hunger Heroes Challenge. Holmen FFA members raised more than 450 broilers and grew lettuce hydroponically in the school greenhouse for a meal for the local school district. Their Farm 2 School program shows the journey our food makes from production to consumption.
