In our previous episode, https://anchor.fm/theRabbitHole369/episodes/Four-Ways-to-Prevent-Illnesses-ebuut8,
I told you guys 4 little-known ways to prevent yourself from getting sick. One of those methods was holotropic breathing. There are studies and claims that exist out there that holotropic breathing can improve your odds against coming down with a sickness and holotropic breathing can help some people to raise their blood pH levels.
It's also kind of fun. Some people describe the sensations that they get from holotropic breathing as a "high" or a "buzz." It's great to help you meditate or enhance your meditations.
In this episode, my co-host Abstract Philosophy joins me again and I coach her through a few sets of breathing to see what she thinks of it. This episode would be good to keep on hand if you want to practice holotropic breathing along with this podcast on your own time (at a safe time and in a safe environment of course, not while driving or operating heavy machinery). If you are going to practice holotropic breathing, please do so with your doctor's approval and in a safe location, such as in bed.
In addition to holotropic breathing, we talk about supplements, some which may surprise you, that can help boost your immune system. Enjoy!
During this episode I mention a Korean doctor who speaks on the effectiveness of N95 masks in preventing the contraction of a disease. Here is a link to that Youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAk7aX5hksU
