Today we are blessed to have a message from Pastor Brad Nelson from Walking the Text Ministries. Pastor Brad has been with us several times before, teaching at our Spring 2024 EAC Forum on the Six Lenses for Interpreting Scripture. In the fall of 2024, we also used the Walking the Text Ministries teaching series entitled “Out of Context” for eight weeks for all of our Discipleship Pathway, high school, and middle school classes. Today’s message asks us to consider maybe the most important question any human can ask and answer – Are we our own, or do we belong to someone else? Let’s see what Pastor Brad has for us in Scripture today as we consider the Christian Story, then and now.
