- A habit is an action you repeat without thinking, while a hobby is an activity you do for enjoyment. 

Jude 1:

20But you, beloved, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, 21keep yourselves in the love of God as you await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you eternal life.…

We have a duty to examine our habits, and our hobbies by the help of the Holy Spirit of God, who is the Spirit of truth.
