Leviticus is one of the most overlooked books in the Bible, yet it is filled with some of the most powerful pictures of Jesus Christ found anywhere in Scripture. At its core, the book answers one essential question: how do sinful people draw near to a holy God? Every offering, every feast, and every ritual points forward to Jesus as the unblemished sacrifice who fulfilled the law completely. Because of what He accomplished, we do not simply stand near God's presence. Through the Holy Spirit, we become the dwelling place of God Himself. The offerings in Leviticus teach us to bring our best to God, not our leftovers, just as God gave His very best for us in His Son. Building intentional spiritual rhythms into daily life helps us stay anchored to what truly matters and keeps us connected to God when life grows loud and distracting.
