1. This week we jump straight into the deep end with our NavGroup questions.  Speaking in tongues… What did you hear, what did you understand, what questions did you walk out with, where is your understanding when it comes to the subject of speaking in tongues?

2. Read and discuss 1 Corinthians 14:4.  Anyone who speaks in a tongue edifies themselves, but the one who prophesies edifies the church.

3. Read and discuss Jude 1: 20.  “But you, dear friends, by building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit.”  What does it mean to build yourself up?

4. I am leaving this part up to the discretion of the guides… if you believe that your group is in a place to do this, take time to pray and allow people the opportunity to pray in their private prayer language. This is to encourage and demonstrate to others what praying in tongues looks and sounds like.
