HoM: Star Trek Podcast - "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (Director's Cut)" Mini Review

Listen Later

"But does he like it?"

Welcome back Trek friends. If you've watched either our previous mini review of Star Trek: The Motion Picture or our sister channel Silver Screen Podcast's mini review of E.T then you know what this is, why we're here in this format and what it's about. If you aren't aware the legendary Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan is back in cinemas for a limited time (in it's superior director's cut form) to commemorate it's fortieth anniversary, and just like The Motion Picture our resident forty year old Mike was fortunate enough to have been to watch it on the big screen in the last few days. Co-host D.K is back to ask questions about the experience, the print and the audio quality before the two get into discussing what the film means to them, it's reputation, favourite moments, differences between the director's and theatrical cuts and much more. Watch them face their own "Kobayashi Maru" of trying not to just gush endlessly. We're glad you've returned, much more so than Chekov was to see Khan and co again...
