Unexpected encounter

A spell-binding story of a love which seemed to transcend time, space and circumstance. A refreshing story about April (who jilted her husband-to-be at the altar) and Hale (an emotionally wounded soldier) who meet unexpectedly after several years. A beautiful encounter, a heart-warming story.

Loved it!

A big fan of Kathleen Shoopâs books, I was eager to read her latest, the books in the Endless Love series. The first in this series, Home Again, was originally published as a novella, part of an anthology by several authors, entitled âBlissâ. Each author wrote about a particular group of people and a particular period in time, all associated with the North Carolina plantation called Bliss. Kathleenâs offering introduced us to April and Hale. It weaves a story that includes love, war, emotional scars and coming to terms. Home Again is a departure from Shoopâs previous books and writing style, but is a good story about healing and living after painful life events. This author is an amazing story teller, painting vivid pictures of her stories and characters. This is a really nice summer read.

I thought this book looked interesting but it was too short to begin with and had no substance. I would say for someone who likes mushy romance it would be ok.

An Awesome Story

This was a great book .It took a while to read but when I came back it time to read more I would go back one page to start. It came right back to me what was going on. I would read more of this author's books. she keep you in focus of what s t is coming next.
