The foundation of understanding our identity in Christ doesn’t start with the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit or the Callings God has spoken over us. Healing, Tongues, Prophecy, Miracles… Prophet, Pastor, Teacher, Apostle or Evangelist are only the gifts. Who are we without our gifts? Identity is not associated with our devotional life, prayer life or personal piety. Who are we without our performance? Identity starts with our revelation of SONSHIP and the never ending, unconditional love of our Father.
