Jon Billick’s career started in New York City, working as an intern for the Hed Kandi / Ministry of Sound America label, he received a crash course in dance music and the industry while working alongside Global Underground boss Andy Horsfield. Fast forward a few years and Jon began a three-year residency at the Greenwich Village bar Le Souk, DJing weekly with some of the city’s best underground artists, hosting Todd Terry, DJ Dove and DJ Disciple.
As a DJ, Jon has played in cities like Washington DC, Paris, New York, Berlin and Amsterdam at notable clubs like Cielo (NY), Sisyphos (Berlin) and Flash (Washington DC)opening the floor or closing the night for DJ’s like Mateo & Matos, Carlo, Nachtbraker and Doc Martin.
Jon’s production project started in 2012 with a heavy influence from the city that raised him; NYC. With singles, remixes and EPs on labels like ESUOH, Crooks & Villains, Pacha Records, Rhythm Vibe and NightChild NYC.
Jon has received major industry support from the likes of DJ Sneak, S3A, Grant Nelson, Terry Lee, Brown Jr.. More recently Jon has received radio, DJ and chart support from Kerri Chandler, Riva Starr, Todd Edwards and Crackazat.
