Welcome to Better health for Women and Men. In today show I will be talking about home made candy with a twist.  I believe if you are going to be healthy you need to eat healthy all the way not half but all. Today I wanted something sweet. So I made some Chocolate candy with Walnuts and Oatmeal and a dash of red pepper. Now here are the benefits of all of this. 1. Dark Chocolate has powerful antioxidants 

2. Walnuts has a lot of omega 3 and 4 and it is good for the memory

3. Oat meal  has a lot of fiber . 

4 . Redpepper open up the blood vessels 

I blend the nuts and oatmeal together.  Added the pepper.  melt the the real dark chocolate  and added everything together and put it in the models to get hard. 

Now you have candy that is good for you.
