The home ownership gap in America is real, and even more so for Black families which account for 42% of homeowners. While the gap seems to be widening, this hasn't discouraged Tricia Lee. As one of New York City's top brokers and founder of "Money Matters with Tricia Lee," she is committed to closing the ownership gap, one home purchase at a time. According to Tricia, the most rewarding part of her job is helping our community build generational wealth. In 2021, she's already worked with over 20 women buying their first home and plans to close out the year with even more.
