I know we all love the gym but I promise you there's no reason to stop exercising just because you have to do it at home. In fact I'd argue there's more of a reason to workout when things get tough, to train your mental fortitude if nothing else. You can definitely gain muscle, get fitter or lose weight training at home with bodyweight or with just the random equipment around you. Improvise, adapt, overcome!
