Trigger Warning!!!
It's been a while but I'm back!! I'm sharing a poem that I wrote for Mental Health Awareness Month. This poem is called Borrowed Time, it gives an insight into how I've been doing. I hope you enjoy it!
GYALintines pt.2 The best part of having a friendship is the conversations that make you feel seen.
Taking the time to undress literally and figuratively to uncover all the layers of myself; in order to reach a stage of acceptance and contentment.
A new poem " Time to be Honest" gave an insight into my journey of understanding my boundaries as a person.
" Fake it Till You Make It" is probably one of the worse advice I've received. It does more damage than good in most situations, and it's time it's replaced... I don't know with what yet!
TRIGGER WARNING!
This episode has spoilers of the Netflix series " Grand Army". I am relating to the experience of one of the characters in the show.
( Trigger Warning!!!!)
