Naomi Eastman is the founder of NME Fitness, a dedicated fitness and nutrition coach passionate about helping people become their healthiest and strongest selves. With a focus on building muscle and functional movement, she emphasizes a holistic approach to wellness rooted in real food and proper movement. Beyond the gym, Naomi leads Wilderness Wellness, an outdoor retreat designed to promote deep health through nature, meditation, and meaningful connections.
