Here are the questions I ask during the exercise:

Question Set #1 (5 minutes): What is the one thing you hope to accomplish in the next three months? And if you’re listening to this during a dark time, what do you hope to accomplish by the end of your "tunnel"? What would absolutely excite you if you achieved it?

Question Set #2 (7 minutes): What’s something that has held you back in the past from achieving those goals? If you don’t know, then what are some things you foresee holding you back?

Question #3 (30 minutes): What’s your dream schedule that will get you there?
