Being homeless for the first time at 14 I was scared I didn’t know where to go I didn’t know what to do. The only thing my mother could do was tell me her story and hopefully she thought it would give me some insight on a life that had very little value and she did the best she could with the mistakes she made for herself and hopefully I didn’t make those same mistakes.
