Pastor Jim and his wife, Carol, share a homemade Communion bread recipe given by a home-bound woman who once served as Communion Steward of her church. As alternative to store bought wafers or cut white bread, these have the hint of pie crust that melt in our mouth. May you experience as those two disciples who met the risen Christ on the Emmaus Road - "Then they began to describe what had happened on the road and how he was made known to them in the breaking of the bread" (Luke 24).
