Can we figure it out? We have empty houses. We have a homeless population. Can we get these two things together? Dennis and I brainstorm these issues. It’s not pretty at first, but these are the conversations we must traverse to take care of our own county's residents. The “Bank”’ issue and what red tape we’d have to overcome are huge obstacles.
