Our show is broken into eight segments. Here’s a breakdown of what goes down in today’s show! (Tip: you can easily move between segments using the chapter feature in your podcast app!)
Segment 1: We open the show with our usual banter. Zach thanks his favorite Shell station employee and proceeds to talk about how rare his degree of customer service has become.
Segment 2: We talk about customer service: where it’s best, some of our experiences, and why it’s disappearing,
Segment 3: Zach talks about his experiences as a teenage Chick-fil-A employee before Dan from Madison calls in and brings us back to yesterday’s topic of loss & faith, which leads Zach into a touching monologue on the subject.
Segment 4: We continue our talk on customer service, and Zach has an idea for a new segment.
Segment 5: We try to take a call from Marshall, which takes more effort than it should have, then we take a look at a few stories, including our weekly Chicago violence update.
Segments 6 & 7: We talk about Steve Bannon’s arrest, and Eric calls to weigh in on the conversation.
Segment 8: We wrap up today with some clarification on an earlier portion of the show and a call from John in Elkmont.
