The world doesn’t know much about love. They like to use the word, but they don’t know what it means. But our Lord commands us to love one another as he has loved us! So we can’t love based on the world’s corrupted standard, and we can’t even rely on our own Christian standard. How can we learn from the life and ministry of Jesus Christ how we are out to love one another? And how is God glorified by us doing so?
