In celebration of Pride Month, Brian & Lornett wanted to dedicate an episode to the struggle for LGBTQ rights. They begin the episode by discussing the homophobic origins of the country. From there they discuss the LGBTQ rights movements of the 50s and 60s that calumniated in the uprising at Stonewall Inn. Then they switch gears and discuss the recent backlash that have resulted in anti-transgender and gay rights laws being passed around the country, and what we can do to continue to push for equal rights for all people.
