Jahnel Nisbett's accolades include the prestigious Nevis Island Administration Youth Impact 12 Award, and she has also served as a CARICOM Youth Ambassador and participant in the US Embassy Women in Politics Leadership Institute Programme. Before her current role, she was the youngest Executive Director of the Nevis Historical and Conservation Society and a passionate secondary school teacher.


Now, as a Senator and the Minister of Health, Gender Affairs, and Social Empowerment in the Nevis Island Administration, Jahnel continues to lead with integrity and passion. Her story, from humble beginnings to becoming one of the youngest female politicians in Nevis, is a testament to hard work, determination, and a positive mindset.
