Recently the US Navy BlueBirds and US Air-Force Thunderbirds flew over New York and Philadelphia to pay homage to the Covid-19 first responders. In this episode we give thanks to the first responders, in addition to the essential workers who are the foundation and backbone of this country. We explore positive thinking and creativity during the lockdown. This episode also includes the debut our host's original musical composition "RoofTop Reflections" which was written as tribute to all of the heroes in NYC and around the globe.
