Tom (Liam Neeson) is a highly skilled and professional thief. He's robbed many banks, and Tom has managed to escape with a large sum of money each time without ever getting caught. No one knows who he is or what the robber looks like. In the news, they call him The In & Out Man".
But something unexpected happens to Tom that changes his ways forever. He meets a young woman named Annie (Kate Walsh), who works at a storage facility.
