I’m 46, my bloodwork is coming back normal…so why do I still feel kind of junky? 😅
I don’t feel terrible. I’m functioning. I’m working full-time, raising teenagers, taking care of our home, being a wife, and doing all the things.
But I also know I don’t feel as good as I want to feel.
And I’m starting to wonder: Can we really do all the things that midlife asks of us AND feel strong, healthy, and energetic while we’re doing it?
That’s what this next season is about for me.
I’m starting a 90-day health reset focused on the basics that I know matter: getting better sleep, moving my body more, building strength, improving my nutrition, managing stress, and creating healthier daily routines.
I’m also incorporating some high-quality, higher-end supplements into the mix—not as a magic fix, but as one piece of a bigger approach to taking better care of myself.
Because I’m not looking for a quick transformation.
I’m not trying to become 25 again.
I’m not interested in perfection, extreme diets, or trying to live up to somebody else’s definition of what a healthy woman “should” look like.
I want to feel strong. Steady. Healthy. Energized.
I want to age well.
I want to be here for the people I love—and actually have the energy to enjoy this life I’m building.
So this episode is the what and the why behind my 90-day reset, and the beginning of a journey I’ll be sharing along the way—the good, the hard, the things that work, and probably a few things that don’t.
If you’re a busy working mom, a woman in midlife, or simply someone who knows you don’t feel quite like yourself anymore, maybe this will give you a little nudge to start taking care of you, too.
No perfection.
Just strong, steady, and still becoming. 🩵☕️
