With society constantly projecting a "fake" life, we often find it hard to be honest with those we love.  But, in all actuality, the hardest person to be honest with is ourselves.  I have found this to be true in my own life.  So many times, when I should have told people how I felt or my thoughts on things, I held back, and I not only hurt them by doing so, but more so, I almost destroyed myself.
