Today we're addressing how honesty can make you a [insert favorite insult here], but it can also set you free. This has been a tough one for me to learn and it has certainly ruffled some feathers, but the more I am able to deliver honesty with kindness and care (and a backbone) the more free I am and the more authentic my professional and personal relationships become.
